Strength & Conditioning Memberships

All memberships put you on a month to month auto payment plan. Should you choose to cancel, when you do you will be billed for the following month through which you will be able to continue training. Following that month, your membership will be cancelled. You are then welcome to rejoin at anytime. 

60 Minutes a Week
$125

Workout once a week for 60 minutes or twice a week for 30. Mix it up week to week to best meet your schedule and needs.

Scheduling is done in 30 minute increments on our Mindbody site for ease and convenience!

Break up four (4) 30 minute sessions a week to week to best meet your schedule and needs.
